Edenmore academy

In Edenmore Li ching wu martial arts to all ages from 6yrs of age and up. 

We’re a family school and focus on fun and education for the younger kids ( eagles, tigers and dragons ) and a more focused approach for the adults so they get the best out of their classes. A laugh and a joke is always had too.

We teach Kung Fu for self defense and the enjoyment of learning the art, and Martial Arts sports like Kickboxing, San Shou ( Chinese Kickboxing with throws and takedowns ) and short fist ( a game where all tools are used with protective equipment to neutralise an opponent. hands, feet, elbows, knees, throws and take downs )

We have Academy competitions and travel to other schools and host inter-club events and sparring sessions. We used to take part in compitition’s ( sparring and forms ) and fight nights and look forward to doing so again now events are beginning to open up again.

Our Sifu is Sifu Karl Graham and was one of Grand Master Dillon’s Students.
