Li Ching Wu Membership Form & Club Rules

These basic rules have been put in place to ensure clubs associated with Li Ching Wu Ireland are run efficiently and with the safest environment possible for your child. The club coaches reserve the right at any time to terminate the membership of martial artists should the following rules not be abided by.

We appreciate your cooperation and wish you the very best on your journey as a martial artist.

Parents *

Please do not drop off your own or any other child early to watch the classes unattended. The club cannot be responsible for these children until their own class begins
If your child no longer wishes to avail of their place with the club then you must notify the club so that place can be offered to someone else
Please let club coaches know of any learning requirements, additional needs, relevant medical history of your child to ensure they can be adequately supported
Please notify club coaches of any relevant changes of circumstance i.e. medical or new phone number
